Law firm Dominas & Partners became a new member of Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LT VCA).

Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LT VCA) brings together private and venture capital members of Lithuanian market. The main goal of LT VCA is to participate in developing and promoting Lithuanian private equity and venture capital business policy together with competent Lithuanian institutions, establishing and improving Lithuanian laws and coordinating efforts of the members while representing their economical and legal interests, fostering the growth of investments in Lithuanian capital market, emphasizing the avail of it for the state, companies and for other entities and participants in Lithuanian market.
Currently, the association has 24 active companies covering different types of venture capital business activities. Dominas & Partners is a modern international business law firm. It was established in 2013 by well-known partners, who have been involved in many of the largest transactions and Private and Venture Capital taking place in Lithuania since mid-‘90s. “Dominas & Partners” places its particular emphasis on international transactional advice and International commercial arbitration.
